     ** The Stick is going to turn on by checking the wind talker
     (415-GOP-RATS) and listen for a tempature drop late in the afternoon**
     
     
     I presume this is the # specific to C-Stick. Is there a list of
     Windtalker numbers for various locations around the Bay?
