For all northern Ca sights (see below) it costs $21/month flat fee.
This also includes 1000 personal pages/month. The personal pages come
in on separate storage locations on the pager, thus are not overwritten
by wind pages. As far as using your existing pager, it would have to be
one of the Motorola pagers that can receive multiple pages. You should
talk to Jim Martin of COTW to verify if that can be done. He can be
reached at 800-WINDCALL (800-946-3225), or at windcall@aol.com.-DeleteThis I
believe there is also an option to receive a single sight of your
choice for ~$18/month, which can be received on a more basic pager.
Again, check with Jim Martin on this.

Northern Ca Sights:

San Luis Reservoir
Sherman Island
Coyote Point
Berkeley Marina
Waddell Creek
Crissy Field
Candlestick (currently not working)
Larkspur Landing

Southern Ca Sights:

Ventura
Isabella
Jalama
Leo Carillo
Cabrillo Beach
Seal Beach

BTW, COTW has sights in Southern Ca, Maui and Oahu. They are also
installing the system in the Gorge as well. As a subscriber to this
service, you can have your pager switched between Northern Ca and
Southern Ca, for a $5 service charge. Eventually, subscribers will be
able to switch their pagers between any of the COTW service areas (Ca,
Gorge, Hawaii). In the mean time, when in Maui or the Gorge, anyone
will be able to rent a pager from selected shops, that will receive the
wind pages.

I am _not_ affiliated with COTW, just a very satisfied customer!
