     I spoke to the AquaPac group today. They claim the bag is made of PVC,
     has been tested to depths of 60 ft, and is guaranteed (although they
     won't replace a water-logged cell phone). Seeing as the product is
     made specifically for cell phones, I assume one could conduct a
     conversation through the PVC. Hopefully you won't have to crank up the
     volume too loud to hear over the honking of a large container ship...
     
     If the product works, it's probably not a bad investment (~$25.00) if
     you already own a cell phone with service.
