Sailed Rio (up river from windy cove) Sunday:

Sailed 12noon to 3:00 fully powered to o.p. on 4.3 infinity / 8'3" gorge
animal, then it got holey, sailed another 1+ hr on 4.3/ 8'8" stinger.
145#

My 195# buddy sailed same time frame on 4.8 w.w. mp on a 8'8" stinger, then
went to a 9'0" at the end of the session.

Talking to people, the wind actually started blowing at around 10:00a.

On a northerly: ... always sail the valley!

Ken
