For Sale Windsurfing Van,
1977 Dodge B250 sportsman window van, 318 V8,
200,000 miles plus, runs good uses a little oil, new tires,
I regularly carry three boards, 10 sails, 2 booms and masts, coolers, and
an assortment of essential windsurfing items (girlfriend refers to as junk)
with no problem. I have fit as many as 6 boards and 15 sails and assorted
gear when doing delta runs with friends. I've gotten 2 solid seasons of use
from this vehicle, the only expense has been new tires. My normal run is from
San Bruno to Coyote, or San Bruno to Chrissy. You may have seen the Van at
Coyote, it's ugly green covered with windsurfing stickers, and is often parked
next to Peter of Peter's cafe Isuzu Trooper.
Why am I selling such a gem? My girlfriend and I have 3 vehicles between us,
we're going to start living together, and I haven't been able to justify keepingall three vehicles. So I'm reluctantly marketting the Van.
