Reply to questions concerning 3rd ave parking.
Currently the parking lot fills up around 4pm on week days, 2ish on weekends
if there is any chance of wind. The police have given warnings to people
parking in the access lane (the synopsis of the July 23 meeting has more on
that) Sailors still launch down at the "old" launch site.
