You could see that on the Windsight software pretty clearly starting around
3:00 p.m. The flow went west/southwest, and both Crissy and the whole
channel up to the Delta were blowing really well. Looking at my 2:00 p.m.
map, Angel Island had the peak wind at 28, and Crissy was going 16-25.
What were conditions like there? It was flooding wasn't it?
